Been looking in to Tabata it is a short HIIT training taking anywhere from 4 minutes or up (usually under 10).
When done right it can be pretty insane.
Anyways, not looking to replace my BFL HIIT but maybe something to add in on a Sunday morning prior to going to church.
Sundays I mentally feel like crap if I don't do something a little productive and physical.
Don't get me wrong, if I have something planned I won't do this. For instance tomorrow, I am going rock climbing, but on days I am doing nothing, I think it can be fun.
Here is one in particular that has caught my eye.

Some are half the time, but I like this one since it seems to be cardiovascular then working the muscles like some of them.
What do you guys think?
