I've just started BFL & I was wondering if it is okay to use the BFL training article "Five Exercises for Strong Legs" as my lower body workout, instead of the suggested lower body exercises in the book. Does anyone have any experience with switching out the suggested exercises for the ones in the article? I did 3 sets of 10 reps today & I'm feeling it tonight!!
I am not familar with the article, but you can insert any exercise for the quads, hamstrings, and calves. I would suggest you stick to the 5 sets with 6 supersetted set with the increased intensities and reps as notated in the book.
