You were right! Weights now around 50 minutes! :)

  • Still not hitting target times but getting close! Last upper body was 57 minutes and last lower was 44 minutes!

  • Great Job Kitty!   I myself struggle with this and yesterday I got my UPWO at 1:02  Minutes

    I started to figure out some things why.

    1st that minute goes real fast, and it's really just enough time to get the next weight, sit back on the bench, prep for the lift and then go for it.

    2nd, I've noticed sometimes I'm not honest with myself and I'll get winded a bit and when that minute mark hits, I might let an extra 15-20 seconds go by.  It might not seem like much but it adds up

    3rd:  That last 12 rep after the six is a killer because I am giving it all I got, it burns and sometimes I need a quick breather break between 9-10-11

    So I've got two choices...either lower my weights so I can be under time, or keep pushing myself and work on the time as well.   So yup thanks to you - I am noticing my own work outs.

    What's helping as well is I carry a 3x5 card with me so that I know ahead of time what to grab, and where to go next.

    oh  and as far as LBWO is concerned I think our times are pretty much on the mark because usually you use the machine and all you have to do to increase the weights is move the pin.

    So cool - Keep it up and everyone else out there!
