I am experiencing the double-whammy of tendonitis in my right deltoid and a bruised left heel. I don't know what I did to my heel, but I could barely stand to walk barefoot. Between the dual injury and a couple other factors, I decided to rest for a week.
Back at it today, although the heel is still tender so I plan to do the elliptical rather than treadmill to avoid aggravating the bruise. We have a great new elliptical at the Y that really burns the calories. I like to do the 5/25 HIIT pattern on it.
