Hey I was wondering if anyone uses weighted gear, like ankle weights, weighted shorts, or a weighted vest. I'm 18 an trying to put on some muscle, so I've been looking into getting a weighted training vest. It'll help with my cardio, plus I can take it wherever I go and do some basic exercises (push ups, curl ups, chin ups, etc.) if I can't make it to the gym. Does anyone else use this kind of gear? Thanks.
