is it enough?

  • Hi all, on my second week, today (friday) lower body training... but there is a major concern.doubt, question, is it enough training? the 12-10-8-6-12 and 12... I see routines of my friends with 3-4 exercises per muscle group only...

    so again my question, is it enough? or do you guys do more work out than what the program says? any comments from the experienced..?




  • Hi Mario - done properly (that is actually hitting level 10s with good form throughout), it is enough.
