I am fairly new to BFL, and have the following question.
When I do my weight workouts, most of the time I am using Nautilis equipment. My question/challenges focuses on the last 2 sets of 12 reps per exercise
(your 9 & 10 level sets). The examples show going to a different
exercise for the same muscle group for that. Since I have to change
machines, is it better to do the 6 REP set, and then immediately do the
12 set rep at a slightly lower weight level, vs. resting after 6 reps
for 60 seconds and then doing 12 reps (lower weight same machine) and
then going to a complimentary machine (for the ones that exist) and doing 12 reps (with some time
gap between the sets while changing machines).
