  • I get up to go workout at 4:40 every morning. Well I guess I must have been pretty tired this morning because when I got back home to shower I discovered (much to my horror and amusement) that I had put my pants on INSIDE-OUT! I had to laugh at myself...So my tip of the day is...make sure your clothes are on the right way BEFORE going to the gym.  :)

  • Hehe.  Good story.  Being an early morning cardio guy myself, I have a story too.  I usually throw on my workout t-shirt and then a wool sweater over top and head out to the gym.  Sadly, one morning I forgot to put on the t-shirt thus deciding to just go for it in my wool sweater...I still credit that one particular workout to all of my fat loss in the program - haha.  Now I know how fighters feel when they are trying to drop those extra 'water' pounds before weighing in.

  • FoxyK that is funny!!  I had a similar experience at the BFL TN Champs weekend last year.  I spent several hours walking around and talking with Sharon Wonder-Woman and Tracey Gordon 2008 46+ Champ only to get back to my room and discover that my top was on inside out... ;o)
