I've always been naturually strong for a girl and I have a pretty big build without my added fat weight. I am looking to tone muscle instead of gain, but I'm only on week 2 and lifting large amounts of weight. Do I keep my my weights the same, because I don't think I will hit my 10 if I keep doing that, but on the other hand, I dont want to end the program starting my dumbbell bench press with 60 lb weights in each hand and have huge arms.
You won't get huge. Women don't have enough testosterone to get huge without taking supplements. Keep increasing your weights and hitting your 10's. Remember muscle takes up less space than fat. You can have a ton of it and be thin & toned.
