I am on week 5 and am finding I could use a little spark when I get to the gym. I tried an energy drink before going one day last week and it worked really good, I had some nervous energy and could not wait to get to the next set but afterwords I thought I was going to hurl.
Any ideas on something i could take before getting to the gym to improve my weight lifting?

I went out walking through the city center, it happened just the other day. Sometimes Sydney Harbor in the winter, blows a little luck my way.
Just like what dogsbrekky said. I have been using NO Explode Igniter Shots before my workouts for a few weeks and can feel a difference. Energy drinks have too much sugar. I switched my weights to mornings due to the caffeine.

Does your energy drink contain the ingredient creatine??? Just curious. That might help you out as well for the workouts, especially recovery afterwards. The EAS Push contains it as well.
