This morning I woke up too late to go to the gym for upper or lower though I could have made it for another day of cardio which I did the day before but I just did nothing. Would it be better to at least do cardio if you miss a day for upper or lower?
Switching it up occasionally shouldn't be a problem, but you can also do your lifting tonight. The day is young.
