I'm a bit confused on increasing the weight levels.
For example
12 Reps at 5Kg
10 Reps at 6kg
8 Reps at 7kg
6 Reps at 8kg
12 Reps at 7kg
12 Reps at 5kg
When i want to increase the weights should i leave the same amount of weights at 12 reps, 10 reps, 8 reps and 6 reps then only increase at the highpoint? Or do i increase the weights at all levels.
Example
12 reps 6kg
10 reps 7kg
8 reps 8kg
6 reps 9kg
12 reps 8kg
This is a question that I have never even thought about, but it's a good one. I increase the level across all levels.
One question, though - are you changing exercises for the final set of 12 reps for each muscle group?
