I just started the challenge and I have one question about creatine. First off though I am in pretty good shape and have been lifting hard for the past two years. In the past I have used creatine and have bulked up pretty quickly. My question though is will using creatine on this program hurt my weight loss progress. I would like to lose around ten pounds or so. Do most people use creatine during their program? I feel like I should use the first month or so to work on weight loss and use creatine later on. Any suggestions would be aprreciated.
If you're talking about scale weight. Then creatine would probably increase your weight during the loading phase because your body is sucking up water. If you're talking about increasing fat, then no it should have no effect on it.
