A few weeks ago I discovered an excellent Podcast called Iron Radio. It is hosted by 3 or 4 fitness and nutriiton gurus who host discussions on a variety of strength training and nutrition topics with expert guest on those topics. It is a weekly podcast, but there is a library going back a couple years so there are plenty of episodes to listen to. It is geared to the serious weight training audience (power lifters and body builders) but is also accessible to novices like most of us with an interest in training. The basic premise is the hosts share the knowledge they wish they had when they first started getting into weight training ~ 20 years ago.
I listen to an episode on my way home from work on my way to the gym. Gets me in the right frame of mind for my work out.
