Sore Muscles, Exercise Cycling?!?!?

  • I just started week 4 this week and decided to switch up the type of exercises for each muscle group this week.  I did legs yesterday and can barely walk today...LOL!!!

    Should I be switching up exercises more often?


  • I was switching my exercises every week, but felt like I couldn't see progress, as in increasing weight..  so every 2 weeks I switch up my routine.  Yes - I think switching helps!!!
