Hello fellow BFL-ers,
I'm finished about 1 month now of BFL, have weighed myself and have lost...2 lbs...I took an "after picture" and can see results in my body and in my clothing fitting, but they're there!. So, other than posting this picture on my fridge with a big "you can do it" next to it...any tips to stay motivated, and/or any tips to be successful...My biggest challenge is eating, the workouts are going well...thanks for any input you can give!
We all tend to be creatures of habits. Review your food journal and see what foods you rely on. Keep those on hand but don't be afraid to try something different. Also find inspiring quotes and sayings and create a journal with those. Find pics of the physique you'd like to have.
