Is it possible to spend too much time on weight-training? Curious as to numbers of sets/reps and time... think I'm over-working myself as I am exhausted! Ideas? Anyone?
Are you following the BFL weight workouts? If so, you're not "over-working" yourself. If not, yes it's possible to over train. You could really hurt yourself by doing so.
Check your form. Check your time and follow the charts. Those should all help keep you on track with time. Some folks go over by about a couple of minutes but you need to really look at how you are spending your time. If you are just starting out, you are learning. It will get better as you go along and get used to what to do.
