So I have a huge swollen bruise at the bottom of my left calf after weightlifting yesterday, I think from hamstring curls. I'm worried now that either I'm lifting too much with one leg or setting the machine wrong. I have soreness and pain through that leg too so I'm hoping I didn't do more than bruise it. Although I got through my run Ok today. Any suggestions on fixing my form or the settings on the machine? ** I think I'll do deadlifts when I do legs this week instead of curls to avoid the machine altogether until it heals. Thanks!
Is the machine at the gym where a trainer could help you adjust the bench that you lie down on?
