I like to push myself I'm doing weights or endurance.
The best way to find a starting weight is to just pick one up and go from there. If you can not do 12, then you go lighter. If you got 12 real easy..you go heavier. Pretty simple steps. But, remember to add weight as you go up and your count goes down.
