I did my cardio workout this morning and just in case any of you are looking for a high point cardio workout here it is...-1st put some fun music on!-2 min warm up (jogging softly in place)-then youre going to repeat the list below 4 times in a row-1 min ski steps -1 min ski skaters -1 min jumping jacks -1 min kickboxing front kicks but add a hop from your non-kicking leg so it becomes high impact. -Then after youve completed this interval series four times do -1 min of quick steps in place-1-2 min cool down.
This is great for our 20 minute cardio workout!
Looks like a short version of Insanity...lol....Might have to try that with my g/f
Tis better to look UP in the mirror to be inspired than to look DOWN at the scale and lose your desire!! - SEM
. My question is abouit the cardio. No matter what shoes I purchase I always seem to develop shin splints. Has anyone tried bodyweight cardio for the HIIT days???
If it truly is shin splints(hairline fracture of the bone)...you might want to get a bone density test done. But, if it's sore muscles around the shins....ice and repeat. Your muscles will get used to the workouts.
Inserts helped me with many different leg and foot problems!
This sounds very cool!
