I will be finishing my 5th week on 3-24-13 and have stayed with the same routine ,should I do different exercises for weeks 6-12??? thanks B.D
I would say every 4 weeks or so. Time to get those muscles confused and wondering what's going on! :)
I agree with above response. I think every four weeks is ideal for changing up. Your body is good at adapting to the same routine. Time to shake it up and get that DOMS on again!!
