The title is self explanitory :)
Some women refer to them as plie' squats. Legs just past shoulder width apart, toes outward, holding dumbbell in front of your chest you squat down, not allowing your knees to go past your toes. As you come up you squeeze your glutes and quads all the way back up.

Oh and this particular squat is much less about how much you squat and much more about your attention to muscle contraction.
What muscle group does it work? Quads?
Quads and glutes. I'm sure you can find a youtube video. I can't access that from work.
One of my new BFL goals is to introduce myself to new exercises so my body doesn't get used to the same old boring routine. It also helps motivate me.
Any ideas for biceps??
