Half way through my 3rd challenge, i thought i was doing ok this time around but looking at myself in he gym mirrors this morning doing y upper body work out i can see there are bigger changes in arms and shoulders, this made me feel better and now looking forward to a hard cardio session tomorrow. bring it on

Terrific positive attitude and effort. If you put forth the effort and eat clean you will no doubt see even more results in the future. I just finished my UBWO for the Week (I am now in week 7) and I have seen some definate improvements in form and weight levels from my start in April. SO Keep Moving Forward in your BFL Challenge and keep up the good work!

As you lose more and more bodyfat the muscle that was hiding underneath becomes more and more visible. I still remember my first big thrill of seeing a vein running down my bicep. I thought that was so cool. All the best!!!
