I have tried many different types of creatine over the years. Some I couldnt tell i was taking, others bloated me, but I did gain strength. I have been on a new one for a month or so and seem to really like it. It is called CON-CRETE. It does not call for loading or cycling, and I have not noticed the water retention or bloating as with the others. It is dosed on bodyweight instead of one dose for any size. Like the others have said, it works for some and not for others. Jim is exactly correct. The workouts rest and nutrition will make or break you results.
