hello,
I started the 12 week prog. last week and am starting week 2 today. im slightly confused though. Last week i did upper body/cardio/lower body/ cardio/upper body/cardio/rest day. Should i repeat the same every week or do i start with lowerbody with the effect that this week i will do two lower body weights sessions and one upper bvody sessions?

Yes - start with the lower body on alternate weeks. That will keep you in balance.
Yeah, that was good! I'm having trouble with working out. I just can't buy the home gym and all I have is 2 lb, 3 lbs and 4 lbs. any suggestions?
Hey, I was just wondering do you think it's alright to do 2 UB 1 LB every week? I've done a lot of cycling in the past and my lower body needs A LOT less work than my upper body. I just wasnt sure if it would affect my recovery? Thoughts?
