Hi all, on my second week, today (friday) lower body training... but there is a major concern.doubt, question, is it enough training? the 12-10-8-6-12 and 12... I see routines of my friends with 3-4 exercises per muscle group only...
so again my question, is it enough? or do you guys do more work out than what the program says? any comments from the experienced..?
Hi Mario - done properly (that is actually hitting level 10s with good form throughout), it is enough.
