I like to do my workout on the weekend (ie. upper body saturday and lower body sunday) so in order to have three days in between UBWO, I do it again on Tuesday and LBWO on Wednesday. Do you think it is ok to do the weight workouts on consequetive days or does this not allow enough rest because sometime the upper body is involved in the lower body workout (ie. dumbbell lunges)
I personally adjusted the program to work out five days instead of six, since I cannot workout on the weekends. I do lower body on monday and thursday, and upper body tuesday and friday. Cardio on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. So far, I have had no problem doing weight lifting on consecutive days, because even if upper body is involved on lower body exersices you are not over-stressing your upper muscles.
