I'm a waitress and a student, needless to say I can't afford a gym membership as well as stocking my fridge with all the healthy foods I need to change my life for the better. Is there a way to do this program and not have to go to a gym? Are there certain weights or things I could buy and use at home? Hi brisee87 - Welcome! And yes, have you read the book yet? It provides all the info you need to do this program at home, with a few weights and a bench! I'd suggest starting there.
