I want to go to gym at 5am - weights
Sleep at 6:30 am for 8 hours
Any problems with that???
staying whole night up?

Mike, I see no one has posted an answer and it may be for the same reason I didn't when I first read your question as I am not sure what exactly you are asking. If you are on a night shift for work, and when you get off work, you go to the gym and lift weights, at the end of your "day', then it should work just like when I go to the gym at the end of my day after work. But I would suggest you not try sleeping within a half hour of weights, as I think it would cause some sleep problems, at least from falling asleep. And also you would want to do your cardio then at the beginning of your day, which would be at night. If this is a standard schedule for you then this would work, if its just on a lark this would be much tougher on your body and much harder to plan your workouts and meals to be effective. But I sure wish you the best and hope you can figure it all out to suit you.
