every article I've read on abs including the one here on the BFL site recommend incorporating your abs 3x's a week on your lifting days..... Is this a problem with the 12 week program???
It does not matter when you do your ab training. I do my ab training after my cardio session. To me cardio and abs fit good together and it has worked well for me.
