  • Hello, I was wondering if anybody could help me.  I do MMA twice a week and was wondering if anybody could tell me if this is ok for cardio.  It lasts for 90 minutes, completely cardio based, and is packed with high intensity interval training.  I feel it would be too much to do my HIIT in the morning but cannot give up my MMA, surely this doesnt mean I cant do the challenge?

Any comments would be appreciated, thanks so much.

  • What is MMA?

    Love you some you...PERSEVERE!

  • MMA = Mixed Martial Arts

From what I understand if this is your normal activity you should do it on your free day and one other day of the week.  You probably WILL be able to do HIIT in the a.m. three days a week and your MMA two evenings a week.

You don't have to give up your "normal activity"

If it turns out to be too much then you will have to decide which to drop, HIIT or MMA (and you can still keep MMA on your free day either way)
