Bryan, Sorry not from Texas...Alabama War Eagle. I do have a question you will be able to help me with. In going for 10's I find that the only way to reach them is to work to failure. Tell me what you think about this idea. I plan my weight training say for upper body right after todays upper body routine. I make suggestions to myself about weight but feel if I can achieve all reps I have no chance to get to a 10. So I'm thinking that if my last set of 12 is heavy enough that I can only do say 7 or 8 then that is a short 10 and within a week or so I would be able to complete that weight and then increase to an unachievable weight and start the building process again. Weird? Thks "Poppi" Tom

The only limitations that you have , are those that you set upon yourself

About to hammer out week 5 at Lifetime Fitness.
Tomorrow is 1 year from when I started this fourm. I meant for it to be a way to be able to meetup with people in the area that are doing BFL but nothing has come from it so far.
Anybody in the DFW area?

I'm in DFW, kinda. I work in Dallas, live in Lewisville. It is the time of year when I HATE Texas......
I live in Denton and work in Arlington. 15 day of 100+ degrees this month is ruining my desire to run outdoors. I am starting training for the White Rock Half Marathon next month and will have to just suck it up and do it.
Here is a fun event for this coming free day Sunday July 24th.
