It has come to my attention there are a fairly large amount of BFL forum posters from Texas. I am starting this forum so that the people in this region can keep in touch and possibly organise and get together occasionally. I live in Denton, TX and work in Arlington. If you want to join this forum please introduce yourself and where you are from/live.

Hello countrygirl.
Hello Bryan
Was glad to see you post this thread. I was wondering myself who was in the Texas area. Good luck on your challenge.
Thanks Bryan. I'm in Houston, Texas. I have 2 weeks to go but am planning to start round 2 of BFL right after. I feel like I'm really just getting started. I've lost 10 pounds so far. I only have a few pounds to go. Next I want to focus on toning and bulking a bit. Also, I want to see if I can keep this weight off....it's always so hard!
Cheers - Donna

Hang in there and stick with it! I went down the road ten years ago...and got amazing results!
After eleven weeks, I am wondering why I didn't live the lifestyle after getting in shape the first time.
Nothing like running in the Texas humidity, right??? :)
Keep it up, folks!!!
yea, i dont know why i didnt stick with it before either. Got your post on the other thread, thanks for replying. Yea, jogging in this weather is nuts. I am trying to get back into running outside, but for now, it's treadmill at the gym for me! So, I have a question...when i click on like people's profiles i see before and after pics and stuff...how do you do that???
