How many sets of "crunches" and or other ab exercises are ideal?
I currently do 3 sets of 25.15..10 reps
Is that good?
Florabelle - I'm not sure. I follow the chart which is basically the same number of reps as the other exercises. Have you tried adding weights to your ab exercises? There's another thread where abs was discussed but I can't find it.
