I notice that when I'm working really hard, or concentrating intensely in my workouts, I get these goosebumps that isn't a result from being cold..at least I don't think that's what it is. Anyone had that before or know why that happens?
I've gotten it while running and doing my upper body workout once. I liked it. I wasn't feeling light headed or dizzy or anything. Perhaps I could use more water when I'm working out...I hate to pause from my run to get a sip, but I know I should....
I get them outside when running stairs in the 90 degree heat. It's my bodies cooling mechanism going to work in overdrive.
