Roosed-you have a Precor????? I'm jealous!! =) When I used to have a membership to the Y, I did my HIIT on the upright bike...I was a sweaty mess when I finished and got several "What the hell is she doing?" stares! Love it!! =)

Debbie, I got LUCKY! Here in Memphis there is a shop that specializes in refurb'd commercial equipment. He buys out gyms that upgrade or fold, refurbs the equipment and sells it for dimes on the dollar compared to new, okay...maybe a quarter on the dollar LOL! I picked up my like new Precor upright for about the price of a decent MegaLow Mart disposable model!
As you can see in my pic when I'm done I'm a "sweaty mess" too but that means we're getting somewhere!!! I do 6 minutes on the bike, stretch, 6 minutes w/ dumbells, stretch, wash rinse repeat for 30-40 minutes(depending on life in general) LOL!
Each time when I jump back on the bike the pulse sensors show either the very top of weight loss or still in the bottom of cardio so I'm gettin'er done the entire time!
