    Just wondering , On B.F.L we should consume 1 tablespoon of healthy fat per day - olive oil,sunflower oil etc I like to pan fry my steak and sweet potato's using half a tablespoon (10ml) of healthy oil. Is there any reason pan frying this way would be unhealthy ? - the oil never reachers...
