I am in the planning stages for my meals and am looking to start on Sept. 3 rd . I have ordered the starter kit but have a few questions with the recommended meals. I am planning my meal times at: 6am, 9am, 11am, 1:30pm, Workout 2:30pm-3:30pm, 4:30pm, and 8pm. This works out best with my work schedule...

Is wheat Free ok?
Hi, I am about to start my challenge but need to make sure i am doing the right thing. I understand that full fat cottage cheese is better than low fat. But is wheat free pasta better than normal???? Many thanks.

Bananas and Blueberries?
Anyone know if bananas and blueberries are "okay" to eat as your carb? It seems like they would be, but I can't find any definitive answer.

Snacking and protein
I'm on day two of the challege (not to win the money - just on my own)- I'm not sure I'm getting enough protein. I have the myoplex strength drinks...my question is does this count as a carb and a protein? does anyone have an idea of how many grams of proteins/carbs you should be having...

Can someone shed some light on palm/ fist portion sizes.... Please
Hey everyone, Hopefully someone can help me out, i'm about to start BFL and i'm just a bit unsure of the portion sizes. Obviously things like cottage cheese, yoghurt and liquids like egg whites are easy enough to measure in a cup, however, i'm somewhat confused about the portion sizes...
