I am in the planning stages for my meals and am looking to start on Sept. 3 rd . I have ordered the starter kit but have a few questions with the recommended meals. I am planning my meal times at: 6am, 9am, 11am, 1:30pm, Workout 2:30pm-3:30pm, 4:30pm, and 8pm. This works out best with my work schedule...

Hey Guys, Just a quick question, I'm ending week 5 on B.F.L, things are going great, muscle mass is increasing, Fat loss coming along ok. Myoplex Original Ratio's are Protein = 42g, Carb = 19g per serve. My meal ratio's are Pro = 39g, Carb = 30g per serve which are my palm...

I'm on day two of the challege (not to win the money - just on my own)- I'm not sure I'm getting enough protein. I have the myoplex strength drinks...my question is does this count as a carb and a protein? does anyone have an idea of how many grams of proteins/carbs you should be having...
