Hi all! Newbie here on day 5...went out to dinner with the family and did NOT follow my meal plan at all. Can i count this as my free day instead of the usual Sunday? Should your free day also be the day you don't exercise? THANKS :)

So today was my free day and I was so excited that I ate nuts...Arby's, ice cream, pie, fries...long story short 2,500 calories and I feel GROSS! This was a big eye-opener for me today..I really don't need to eat all these foods because it just makes me feel plain awful. Anyway.....

I am a recent college graduate (aka poor haha) and my mom froze me a bunch of chili to take back to my apartment. Its tomato sauce, onion, spices, lean ground beef and beans. Would this be ok to have as a meal? If so how much should I have, about 1 cup or less? Thanks!
