I found myself forgetting to add veggies to at least 2 meals a few days and am making a more conscious effort to remember now.
Do you think V8 is okay for a quick veg on the go? I am thinking the low sodium ones maybe?
Good question.... I too am interested. This would make meals much easier.

EAS hotline says it is not the best choice BUT vegetable juice is authorized and better than missing your vegetables and is okay if all you can do, fresh veggies being prefferred of course. Said to look for ones lowest in sugar.
I will have it on hand for a quick fix or emergency but still strive for solids over liquids.
v8 makes a low sodium version. i would imagine that would be an even better choice...
wow, it just so happens that I packed a Spicy Hot V8 this morning because I noticed that I was all out of broccoli. Low-Sodium Spicy Hot V8... now THAT would be ideal!!! :)
