  • Mind fragility.... that is one muscle that really gets worked over on this program... you wait until the end Jeff.... I don't think you  will say that about yourself in the same context again....

    Also, I think you should take Charlie up on his generous offer.  It was an olive branch and will likely be helpful.  1st put this BFL Challenge behind you. Rock it.  You'll do amazing.  Then take in what Charlie has to offer.  He's lost a significant amount of weight, did it in a healthy way, also got fit (not all who lose the weight are fit), and he's kept it of.  Now he's working as a trainer, and helping people achieve those same goals.  He obviously knows a lot, and you can take from it what you want, and leave the rest.  Knowledge is power.  Right now don't add to the confusion, but do keep it in mind for later.  

    Also keep in mind that many who are genuinely experts disagree on a myriad of topics even within their shared expertise.  You'll need to take in the information, experiment and work with what works for you... your body, your life, your goals, etc.  

    For now you don't need to worry about it.  You've got a plan!
