Following the recipe for the pudding dessert but its not setting (think water consistency). I've decreased the skim milk, increased the powder, etc. Still no dice. I did buy a new blender but would that have anything to do with it? These desserts are my fav part of the food list so asking if anyone has any other ideas??
make sure the milk is ICE cold!
I usually make the pudding and allow it to set and then add the protien powder and stir again. I have tried making the pudding with other types of milk, like soy, and those do not properly. Good luck.
