I had some ground meat made with some deer I killed this year. The butcher said my deer was mixed with 10% beef fat. Being that venison is very lean, I'd assume that my mixture is 90% lean. If I'm correct, would this be lean enough? Thanks, Cmacks
There are leaner versions out there, but you already have it and need to eat it. I assume 90% would be lean enough, as long as you're not eating it at every meal.
