Hi, Im 17 year old guy and I have done one 12 weeks of body for life. Losing over 35 pounds of fat and gaining 5 pounds of muscle. Know for my second round of body for life I would like a diet that would help me go from 147.5 to 160 without gaining any fat. If anyone could help me or show me a sample diet it would be greatly aprreciated!!
