Clean PB&J!!!!!

  • Easy home-made nut butter and jam! Nutrient dense!


    1 cup raw almonds

    1 cup fresh strawberries

    1 tablespoon chia seeds

    1 tablespoon water

    1 teaspoon coconut oil

    1 packet stevia sweetener

    Slice up strawberries and put into a bowl. Mash with a fork unti jam consistancy. Add chia seeds, water and stevia/sweetener if desired. Cover and chill for 30-60 minutes.

    Roast almonds in oven for 10 minutes or so. When cool, put through juicer with blank screen or in blender. I had to put then through twice to create the buttery consistancy. add coconut oil and stevia. mix.

    This is the perfect pre workout snack! I use a tablespoon of each on one of those Extreme Wellness Hi-Fiber lo-carb wraps. yum!
