I saw this on Pinterest, but it has been great for us to eat with veggies, and it's really good on baked potatoes too!
2 c. fat free or low fat cottage cheese
1/2 c. water or buttermilk
1 pkg. Buttermilk Ranch Dressing mix (or you can make your own - just google it for a recipe)
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you want it thinner, just add more buttermilk or water. It really does taste much better than any light or low fat ranch out there, and it's great to get a little protein in too. One person said they added a jalapeño and cilantro to it, and I'm sure that would be great too! My favorite way to eat it is with sugar snap peas. Delish!
