I'm in my first week, and I think it's not so hard. But, my craving is chocolate! I really miss it! I'm getting crazy!!!! How can I solve this problem?? Eating just once a week is really hard!
For me I used sugar free chocolate pudding and put chocolate protein powder in there. It makes a great snack and fills you up. They also make a chocolate yogert but it has plenty of sugar in it so I avoid that.
good luck, how about chocolate coffee (flavored)? just an idea I have not tried. :)
