my favourite banana protein breakfast

  • I just wanted to share my very favourite way of eating bananas!  And I think it goes along well for BFL.

    You will need:

    2 peeled and frozen bananas

    approximately 1/4 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk

    1-2 scoop vanilla protein powder

    2 tbsp natural peanut butter


    Place the frozen bananas in food processor, add 1/2 of the almond milk, mix, adding the rest of the milk as needed to get the desired consistency, then add the the protein powder and mix (you may need to use a spatula to scrap the sides of your food processor and to mix the powder in a bit more) mix until smooth, scoop into two bowls and top each bowl with one tbsp of peanut butter and enjoy! :)
