I’m doing the BFL program. I’ve lost 24cm in my first 12 days and another 30cm in a week. I’m happy, BUT I’m not losing weight (kg) only lost 2.6kg in 19 days. Do I need to change my diet or will the kg follow the cm in time??
cm = cm lost all over - everything added up :-)
Dont worry it will catch up. I am on week 10, some weeks I have dropped weight but no inches, then the next week no weight but plenty of inches. It will all come together eventually.
just keep doing the exercises and eating correctly.
